MTN Three Rivers - BAD - stay away

With shock I need to raise awareness of the arrogant way that I was treated at an MTN franchise shop in three rivers, Vereeniging.

The “branch manager” Debra van Zyl shouted at me in front of other MTN clients when I did not even speak to her, I tried to talk calmly to one of the other employees to find out who the manager was of the shop, even Natalia van der Merwe was very unprofessional by intimidating the other MTN employees not to help me with contact detail to escalate my queries.

All of the above happened because Debra van Zyl did not allocate a card payment made on the 2/4/2025 in the shop, resulting in my MTN service being suspended.

This behaviour is unacceptable in the service industry!
