MTN this is Outrages
<p>i was a client with auto page for 18 years</p> <p>after the company Liquidated MTN took over our cellphone contracts</p> <p>this is where it all went wrong since i have been paying all my bill since 18 april 2016</p> <p> on time everytime but somehow im still outstanding R967 i also overpayed my last instalment but since MTN took over my phone was suspended i have had it with MTN the staff informed me that it will take 6 months for my problem to be sorted and they refuse me to speak with the credit department</p> <p>im in desperate need of a phone that work if i pay my bills its not my fault your staff makes mistakes doesnt mean i have to suffer</p> <p>this problem needs to be sorted as soon as posible</p> <p> </p> <p>if i can get anyone to help me with this it would be much apriciated</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p>upset customer </p>
Auto page contract:
the contract taht i had with Auto page expired on the 16th april 2016. when auto page stopp-ed operating my monthly payments was R420 per month with auto page
you at MTN added what you feel like every month. i did receive a letter on the 21st of sept from MTn stating that my account is up to date but my balance is R 858.63
i would like to know where in the hell that came from?
my phone was suspended on the 20th aug to the 29th aug and then again from the 30th to the 3rd of sept i paid a R1000 in aug for what??
Please i never Singed a contract with MTN and i wont either
im more that happy to keep my nr and go on pay as you go
