MTN this is not what I signed up
Called MTN to cancel my contract as it was expiring, but then the agent told me about a sim only package special 2Gigs for R89 rands I thought it was a good deal because data is way more expensive , but fast forward to month end I'm getting charged R343 which is not what I signed up for. this is the worst service ever basically I was sold something that doesn't exist I want this deal cancelled Immediately and my money reversed WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.

10 Apr 2018, 12:03Two weeks ago I called to alert you that something is wrong with the statement and I was re assured that everything has been sorted , but still extra money was debited from my account so I wont accept your response without proof, send me my current statement so that I can see that my account has been credited with extra money that was debited.
