MTN third party ****

I contacted MTN after finding out that they are deducting over R 4 per day from my account to some third party. I did not give any authorization for this so in my opinion it constitutes theft and MTN are complicit. They had no interest in help me, their standard response if to escalate, the usual excuse for passing the buck and not being accountable.
