MTN Third Party Insurance ****

In Nov 2020, I took out insurance for two devices a Lenovo tablet and a Huawei P40 Lite, I have been paying R65pm each for these devices and come claim time from the insurance I am given the run around on what was insured and they require me to show the contracts for these devices.
