MTN THINKS THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW AND THE CREDIT ACT

MTN thinks they are above the Law and reading so many complaints about the same problem I have with MTN people must not take their and go seek legal advice.I have a signed legal migration contract with the amount stipulated on the migration contract and they are over charging me every month for the past 4 months.I have contacted them numerous times and all they do is pass the buck back to the store and the store can not resolve this as they do not have access to MTN sytems. Even the MTN store I dealt with agrees that MTN is wrongfully billing me and will back me up should it get to a point that I have to go LEGAL OR TO THE NCC with the matter.I can almost guaranty you that this post will not even bother them.The people that work in this relevant department are not competent to do their jobs.
