MTN thinks that deaf people should not have cellph

I am partly deaf, and have a problem dealing with call centres.

I have a contract with MTN, organised via internet, and my phone was couriered to me at my home in Colesberg, which is past its 24 month period. They are now charging me over R100 per month where before I was paying R89. I have tried several times to get it cancelled with no effect.

Yesterday I happened to be in Bloemfontein, so I went to MTN in Mimosa Mall, where I spoke to a lady, Palesa, and tried to get the contract changed to the supply of a MTN Steppa Tablet as described in their latest \Yello Deals"by courier to my home in Colesberg @ R89 per month. She said she would get back to me"
