Mtn ******* who take money ********ly from customers

This is the worse network provider ever, they have been overcharging me in my contract for the past 4 months and when I call they just keep logging service requests but nothing is done about it, they are ******* *****ing money ********ly from people's accounts, the copy of the contract even shows the installment I signed for yet the keep debiting my account incorrectly. The call center Is so useless and they are supposedly not allowed to give out the managers e mail address and the complaints department does not take calls from customers.
