MTN ******* robbing pensioners with no regard

My pensioner mother has canceled her contract that expired mid November 3 times already, the first time being 15 November. She is still being billed every month. Not only for the amount she signed the contract for but for about double the amount as the special she signed the contract for ended along with the expiry of the contract. She has gone to a store to cancel twice, canceled telephonically as well as on email. She has received reference numbers, submitted documentation and jumped through every hoop they have asked her to jump through yet they continue to ***** her money every month. MTN is nothing but ******* and should be ********ly held responsible for what they are doing to people. Shameless and careless and pathetic
