MTN ******* OF SA

I cancelled both my contracts with MTN on 07/07/2022 and even received a sms on 13/07/2022 that is has been cancelled, I also received a call from their call center where the lady stated that it is a 30 day notice which means I it will end 07/08/2022 and my last payment will be end of July 2022, but end of August they still deducted their monthly premium off of my bank account, I've emailed their retention's department several times regarding this matter, I called their call center and even posted a few complaints on their Facebook page and still no one is getting back to me or is attempting to try sort out this problem. MTN is ******* and the worst service provider ever, I have been a loyal customer with them for more than 10 years and this is how I am treated, them *****ing my money. MTN must fall!!!!!!!!!!
