MTN *******

I bought 4 simcards and Eica'd it in Pep store today. Only 1 of the 3 can be activated. The other 3 have been "recycled" and can't be activated. I spoke to the call centre and he told me that it has nothing to so with MTN and that I should return it to PEP. He said that it's PEP's fault. I don't understand how MTN can wrap and seal a product, sell it to PEP and not check I'd that sim number can be activated. I wonder how many people bought simcards that didn't work and didn't return it. For every such customer MTN makes R3,50. The call centre staff are really rude, interrupted me constantly. I am seriously not impressed and will not use MTN EVER AGAIN!
