MTN = ******* (Courtcase on the way)

If I could I would give a 0 star rating. I have been waiting 8 months for an issue to be sorted out. I phoned 3 times to get this issue sorted and all 3 times I was told that the problem has been fixed. Yet, all that MTN did was ***** my money and not fix the issue. Now the Department who is supposed to fix the problem has vanished into thin air. I have gone to a branch but not even the branch manager could get ahold of the retentions department in the company that he works for. USELESS beyond, I am moving to ANY OTHER service provider even if I have to pay more, at least I will get proper customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
