MTN ******* AT IT AGAIN

Beware MTN unilaterally change the conditions of your contract in the middle of your contract, especially regarding carryover minutes. Only MTN can unilaterally change a contract during the contract. Beware they will devise additional tricks.

Dear Yahya. Thanks for the message and reply.

I have a contract with MTN which is midstream. From the beginning of my contract I have been able to carry over unused minutes for 6 months. Suddenly these unused minutes disappear and I am told that the rules and conditions of MTN have changed, so I can only carry them over one month. This is a binding CONTRACT, not a kind favour from MTN which has been withdrawn. No wonder cell companies in SA have such a terrible reputation. I demand all my unused minutes be reinstated, failing which I will go ICASA and Consumer Protection Authorities in addition to my attorneys. One gets the impression that MTN are common *******. My number is ********** 054.
