MTN *******

I have a data plan with MTN where I pay R200 for 25gigs anytime and 10gigs night express. Every month on the 12th I receive my data but this month (November) was different because I received all data that I receive but it was finished within a month! I went into the MTN (Pinecrest Centre) and the called the call Centre for me. The call Centre was also clueless because they kept transferring me to different departments. All I want is a report to show what I've used my data on and they not willing to give me. MTN has ****** me of my data and proof to show me what I've used it on. I'm here to show people the type of Network MTN is and I will do the same on other social sites. I pay for my data but when I need information about my data I cannot receive it which is wrong!
