MTN *******
I have Upgraded my business contracts in January 2019 at the Forrest Hill branch on the MTN made for business L which consists of 1000 minutes 1000 SMS and 23GB of data. Since the upgrade I have only been receiving 500 minutes and 500 SMS and 20gb of data. I have been up and down to the store and just cannot win with MTN. I have been in email contact with the complaints department for the past month now and still nothing has been done. According to there systems I have been credited correctly but I have taken screen shots to prove that I have not been given the correct credits. MTN are a bunch of ******* and staff at the stores and in the call center are useless. I wonder how many people they Rob every month in this manner. I dont think they even deserve 1 star to be rated with. They deserve a minus rating. MTN needs to respond to me ASAP with my credits .
