MTN *******

MTN has been taking my money. I bought a FIXED LTE router that was delivered late and never worked from the get go. I returned it a few days after receiving it because their customer support was so pathetic. I returned that router to MTN in February and hasn't been in my physical possession since February. To date MTN has taken over R5k from me and following their complaints process and submitting over 14 queries they just keep closing the tickets and keep taking money from me.
