MTN THIEVERY, DISMAL SERVICE & *********** STAFF

Its a wonder that MTN is still allowed to operate as a network provider, considering that the way they operate is surely an infringement on consumer rights. My repeated attempts to cancel a contract & the debit order were blatantly ignored & the customer care operators deliberately evasive in responding to emails, while the number was migrated, MTN has ignored my plea & request to cancel the debit order & have continued as such against my wishes. Further to that, the supposed customer care line just leaves you red faced after repeated attempts at trying to get a hold of an agent however no such option exists!! How can you operate this way?? And the misrepresentation on you website about the time frame for email response is utterly despicable as you well know your operators chose to ignore certain emails & its been a good ten days since I have received a response as opposed to the 3-5 stated on your website.<br> <br> This network is appallingly *********** in service delivery & is definitely not one I would consider returning to, you have absolutely no concept of what customer care is nor quality service!! <br> <br> Once again I appeal to you to refund my money & cancel my contract!! <br>
