And yet again........

Why are you taking, no, *****ing my airtime and thus my money?! Loaded R120.00 airtime yesterday and had some airtime left. Balance after making the calls = R123.00 Made the following phone calls: 1 = 1:13 2 = 2.14 3 = .41

No more calls made and this morning at 10:41, my balance is R114.82 Where is the R8.18 gone to??? I think I am entitled to an explanation in writing....this is my money.

Also, made an MTN to MTN call yesterday......and all of a sudden my airtime was all used up. FYI....I have one of your apparent misleading "booster deals" and I am sitting with 9,940 MTN to MTN minutes (at 10:44 today). Why was my called cut, when clearly I have more than sufficient minutes???

This is unacceptable and beyond pathetic!!!!!!!!!!! Go ***** your own money, but you sure as heck am not going to ***** my money/ airtime or whatever else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want a proper written explanation and lay-out of what exactly is happening here??? I want to see how and where you "allocate" my airtime/ money to???
