MTN thievery
Words fail me. I took at another fixed contract with fixed benefits while I'm not in country - so note that it's not even used and MTN benefits. And once again I'm finding them deducting double and triple the contract amounts off my bank. And by the way - the MTN Active portal loops. After confirming your username following the process ..... you can't retrieve the password as your username (just confirmed) doesn't exist linked to a valid phone number.... so what are they charging me for even? I'm beyond tired of them *****ing from me time after time.

Looking at my messages, on 12 Sept I was credited with the amount of data and sms's I signed up for on the contract signed. 28 Oct MTN disconnected a data-sharing number without my permission. 12 Nov the data and sms's and time is not what is on my contract with them, same 12 Dec and the money ****** from my bank account was double and tripple what I signed up for and what is legal. This is now the second year that there is MTN ***** from their side on my account.
