MTN is just a *****. I was not able to use my data I received in November and I did not get an answer the ticket was being escalated but nothing happened. I reversed my money so they disconnected my line so then I couldn't use all my data for December. I wasn't able to use all my data yet they expect me to pay full money. my contract was ending in January 2020 but the contract could not be closed due to the amount owed. so not only could I not close the account but mtn continue to add installments to my account. so they make sure that you reverse your debit order because they are not helping you sort out your problem then they prevent you from closing your account but they still debit. MTN is simply *****s that preys on people now they handed me to say a attorneys. I will not pay you ******ion attempt. 6 months later I still don't know why I could use my data after escalations
you wanted to give me 50% goodwill credit for November but for the month of December I could not use all my data as well and that was explained multiple times you don't care as you are just leashes. I will not pay for something I did not use and it's fine if it goes through your legal process. I have informed my lawyers as well. I will not be ********** by *****s. you stole data from me once and I decided to let it go well not this time around. 50% goodwill credit?? that is bull**** there was no goodwill as you mtn created the problem and you still can't explain to me what happened. you are just *********** leashes. but you won't suck my blood anymore.
