Am i then wrong to expect certain things like service and something called turnaround time or TAT for Call center staff. on 7th of December i called in and queried the absence of more options on the work from home bundle's when you dial *142# , seems the marketing dept feels all i get is 30min for a day R5 or 2000min for a month R810. now December being a slow month more options are needed right ref numbers are issued and 2 to 24hr tat promised and clearly told call in this time tomorrow. Call in the next day only to be giving another number and that its 5 day worth of business hours that is actually the tat so 5x 12hours cause apparently the right technical guys butt takes long to lick to get him to do his job! anyway so that puts us at about Tuesday, still same issue persists on my line, and when i called in today believe this if you will another 72 hours turnaround time *** you dont have to change the whole **** network for me!!
