MTN & their endless marketing SMS'S

Re my 2 mtn numbers: ********** and ********** . I've selected the option over 20 times stating I DO NOT want marketing or any info of whatsoever nature fm MTN via both phones & yet the sms's continue. The only sms I'm ever interested in receiving is the 1 acknowledging I've loaded data. Do I need to lodge complaints with WASPA & Icasa?? Stop harrassing me with MTN sms's. It's aggravating to the point where if it doesn't stop I'll move to Vodacom!!!
