<p>Wanted to get a sim swop after losing my phone , went to the service store wait for about 35min staff just hanging around as if there is no one in the store bad attitute.</p> <p>Went to the franchises outlet what a pleasure in and out with in 10 mins good attitude wanting to help.</p> <p>Please close the service stores and go with the franchises helpful.</p>
