mtn theft of airtime..unceptable!!!!!!

took R9 from my airtime for a subscription for reycreo that I have not gave consent.phoned the call center for a refund and they couldn't help said that a subscription service cannot be refunded explained that I have not used my phone for over 12 hours and a message comes in morning thanking me for my subscription. mtn SA please sort this problem out so we as loyal mtn users don't have this problem in future.
