Mtn theft from customers

Its been weeks since my first complaint, I am still waiting for someone to assist me. What the Phuck does it take to get assistance???? you are still *****ing my data and airtime. Phuck sakes!!! what does it take to get you to stop *****ing from me?????

Thank you for your post.

We sincere apologized for any inconvenienced caused to you.

The system reflect your data and airtime is used against internet usage.

The reason the session deducted so much data is due to all the pending sessions and the size of those sessions. To avoid this from happening you should log off all your Internet sessions, clear your browser tabs and restrict you background .
You can request as well for the itemized report to see how the data was depleted against the  internet usage.

Please see the prose's regarding itemized billing for a prepaid number:
 
 Subscriber sends an SMS to 30988 with their email address.
 Subscriber receives confirmation from MTN that their request has been received and is being processed.
 24 hour delay in further communication to subscriber for security purposes.
 After the 24 hour holding period:
 Subscriber receives SMS from MTN to confirm the ITB request.
 Customer to respond appropriately:
 a) 1= Yes – Proceed valid request
 b) 2= No – Invalid request
 Subscriber responds
 a) 1= Yes – Proceed valid request
 Process continues
 b) 2 = No – Invalid request
 Process is cancelled
 8 hour delay in further communication to subscriber for security purposes.
 Subscriber receives an email from MTN to validate their email address.
 This email will contain a link for the subscriber to request a One Time PIN (OTP)
 Subscriber receives the OTP from MTN and enters this OTP on the web link.
 NB: The OTP is only valid for 15 minutes. If the OTP has not been entered within the 15 minute time period, the subscriber will have to request a new OTP.
 Subscriber receives an SMS from MTN to acknowledge that their request is being processed.
 Subscriber receives an email from MTN containing their Itemized Bill in PDF format.

Before loading data or airtime make sure all your browsers are closed in back end.
