MTN theft
Automatically subscribed to "Reycreo" WITHOUT MY Permission. Received SMS thanking me for "my subscription" to the Reycreo service at 12:20pm on Sunday 19th April. After NEVER being asked to subscribe to the service in the first place and the fee of R9.00 was charged to my account. I followed the procedure to unsubscribe and received the SMS confirming that the subscription was cancelled at 12:21 This is flat out THEFT. I was not asked to NOR DID I GIVE MY PERMISSION for this subscription.

23 Apr 2020, 09:14Is MTN going to reverse amount charged? Although it's seemingly a small amount, if MTN took R9 from a million customers, it's suddenly a different scenario because even if customers reverse the unwanted and force subscription, the money is already taken from them.
