MTN Theft & Breach of Contract

I upgraded my cell phone contract for the Huawei P20 Pro package deal with the P8 Lite on 1 May 2018 at the MTN Mall of Africa branch. Three months later, and I still have not received my P8 lite. The agent kept saying they have no stock. MTN Direct said they have had stock for some time now. This is a breach of contract and can be viewed as theft.
