MTN Theft
In October 2021 MTN notified me that my contract price will increase from R499 to R1500 per month for 10 GB of data. With this increase being as ridiculous as it is, I subsequently attempted to cancel my contract.
I had email communication with Dimakatso Tshabalala confirming that I would like my contract cancelled. This communication took place early in November, where I confirmed all necessary details as requested by the retentions clerk, Dimakatso. On 25 December I was again debited R1547 for 10 GB of data. Again, I called to cancel the contract. Today, MTN again debited me R1547 for 10 GB of data. Does MTN deliberately not do their jobs so that they can ***** peoples money for a while after they cancel their contract or is their just a general uselessness in the department responsible?
