Mtn theft

I have a 24 month contract with mtn where im debited monthly and then get 100 voice minutes, 3GB data and SMS'es. MTN reduced the data to 2GB without informing me or reducing my installments and only later sent me an SMS that its due to insufficient funds. Ther's always funds in my account and they have always debitted their money in full. This is ******* & a serious breach of our contract. I've been trying 2get help but they have been giving me the runaround and making fun of me on twitter. I'll start reversing all their debits until they blacklist me or fix this **** and compensate me fairly and im getting legal action against them. Tired of this ******* and being disrespected.
