MTN the wort service provider ever

Hello Peter, I writing to complain about the shocking lack of service and care from MTN South Africa, I have been a NTN subscriber since the late 90s and am super frustrated with the fack tgat fir more than a month I havd been unble to cancel a contract that id out of the 24months agreement. I have been to my local MTN store a couple of times as i **** seem to be able to reach MTN rententions on 135, i have spoken to the store manager, the franchise owner does not answer hes phone and hes voicemail states not to leave a mesaage but to keep phoning,now wonder the servjce is so shut even the DP have the no interest attedude, as long as we cant reach them we must just keep paying
