MTN the worst when it comes to resolving billing issues!

Since I have logged a query regarding a "goodwill gesture" from MTN in Nov 2017, nothing has been resolved!!! MTN gave me a 1gb "goodwill gesture" but then went on to charge me for it. Resolving this seems impossible as everyone I deal with just does not keep their promises !!!!! You can definitely not lay claim to be the Boza network!
