MTN - The worst service provider to ever exist.

After weeks of no assistance or responses from MTN regarding the refunding of money which they have debited from my account for a contract that has already been closed, two months prior and which is already on prepaid. I have now approached the FAIS Ombud and the National Credit Commission who are looking into this as I am convinced that this is some **** which MTN runs and rips off their clients. How is it possible that every single time one upgrades/downgrades there is always additional funds being deducted.....?? It's because they think people will just leave it and move on. Imagine how many millions they make if they ***** just R1 from each of their clients?? I will not leave it!
