MTN the worst service provider

The fact that they want me to pay for unpaid debt orders from a Bank I closed and informed them on time of the situation is absurd. I have been paying them via EFT never missed a payment and still be told I owe them and my number is suspended. MTN is the worst service provider. I have paid my contract fee but my account is suspended.
