MTN the worst service provide in South Africa

<p>I had a contract with MTN for the last 9years. Last year November one of their staff members hacked into account and committed ***** on it. I logged a complain with MTN which took longer to be resolved and eventually I requested for my contract to terminated with immediate effect which they did. To my suprise I only found out today (16th of March 2017) they've blacklisted account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tried to call their Contact Center and their Legal Team - oh boy! their agent sounded scripted. it was like talking to a robot.. It was bad it's like no cared in that team.</p> <p> </p> <p>can anyone who care in MTN or maybe the CEO please contact me on ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
