MTN: the worst service I've ever received

I have been paying for MTN services that I am not receiving/using since August last year. My account has been sitting with their useless legal department since August and I keep on paying but no updates are made to my account. There is no other way to reach them except for email which is not well attended to and I am literally helpless. When I visit the stores, they refer me to emails, and when I call I cannot get through anywhere, like yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu MTN. I'm not coping
