Mtn the worst service ever in history

I am utterly disgusted with the level of service received from MTN. I did an upgrade and all just went downhill from there. I am waiting for 2 months to have my issue sorted. No ageny , no manager no supervisor gets back to me as promised. I was assisted by T Khumalo initially in the Retensions department. After which I have spoken to 1000 different agents like eg Nancy.everybody promises to get back to me and nobody does. I am waiting for a R600 credit to be passed to my account as a result of a mistake by the Retensions dept. Nobody does their job or keep to their promises. I will never recommend Mtn to anyone. Just sort out my issue and for the hell just do what you promise. Each and every consultant.
