Mtn the worst service ever

The worst service ever, I have canceled my contract with Mtn in December and they still bill me after 2 months, Everytime I call the agents transfer me from 1 person to another eventually they cut the call, Nobody can ever assist.

If you ask for a manager they can't put you through any senior staff

They keep billing me month after month and that to for a very high amount

If I put a stop order they will report me to credit associations.

This is very unfair whereby we can't do nothing to fight back.

I am losing so much money every month and nobody from Mtn can assist me
