MTN the worst of the worst

Good morning South Africa My name is Anna Mathe and I have been using MTN for a very long time and when my husband decided to buy a wifi Sim from them, I gave him a thumbs up because I trusted them, only to be ****med for a lot of money. From the inception of the 2 year contract until it ended we never used the so called wifi...there was never any data loaded...then the contract ends, we thought thank God it's over, 3 months later my husband gets a message from Strauss lawyers telling us we owe R4000 and something..imagine the shock, they said my husband should have canceled in store...hebanna...he pays. Around April he settles the 750 and ask them to send him a proof of settlement of debt, this communication was via WhatsApp..no answer...he sends them proof of payment...no answer...now in November 2025...7 months later another message comes in from different lawyers telling my husband MTN sent them to collect on a wifi/data debt, talk about MTN the worst ****mers ever! We will NEVER pay a cent to you MNT and your **** lawyers! Take us to court please inbox beg you, so that we can fight for ourselves...I do not advise anyone to use MTN network. The most faithful customers we have been and see where we are now! I hate MTN
