MTN the worst of all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>I finally decide to upgrade my contract with a new phone. I am interested in a IPhone (was) and started looking around the MTN shops locally. After going to MTN in Centurion mall I decided to rather phone other MTN shops than wasting my petrol again. No customer relations at all.....bad. They do not have stock of i6, E or i7. How can I decide on a phone if I cannot at least view the phone. Not one of the shops have stock.......how do they do business? I am sick and tired of this shat...had enough. I have decided to cancel my contract after 20 plus years with MTN and rather go pay as you go.</p>

On the 21st December Simphiwe Mkhize from Cosmo-net contacted me and asked how he could assist. I was also contacted by a lady from MTN and the Menlyn branch. But Simphiwe was the one that convinced me into a Iphone 7 upgrade. This is a person that knows what service delivery and client satisfaction is. Thanks to Simphiwe for delivering on what customar care realy means. And he also delivered the phone at my work. Thamks Simphiwe Mkhize. MJ van der Linde
