MTN THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO FOR THEM

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I'VE OPENED A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT WITH MTN FOR R249 PM @ KOLONNADE THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL HELPFUL THEY DID EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME I UNDERSTOOD AND TOOK THE ROUTER.... 1st month they were supposed deduct the money from my bank account but they didn't so i went to the store to pay things went well.... So that happened for two months now the say i owe them R2499 BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO DEBIT BUT IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH that was when i called them.... Now they say the amount went up to R2533 BECAUSE they want their router i went to the store to take back the router in the store they say they stopped them from cancelling contracts i called the help center but i spoke to over 25 people some **** to me that they fixed my router and i can pay the agreement R249 and carry on with the router.... When i pay... it went to the R2533 they say I owe.... Now at home i have no Internet and I'm stucked with the router that i owe R2533on

I'm hate MTN with all my heart please help
