MTN THE WORST NETWORK. TOTALLY DISHONEST AND MISLEADING

I renewed my contract on 12 November 2024 at 13h20 by telephone with a certain Mr Gobo from Ison who is one of the companies contracted to MTN. It was clearly confirmed in our discussion that I will get 15 gigs data and 525 free airtime minutes every month for 2 years( Duration of contract). This was the only motivation that made me accept the contract at 209 Rands per month. I have not received my free minutes and made numerous calls to customer care and other departments on 135. I also went into the MTN store in Sandton for assistance but to no avail. when I want to cancel my contract due to me being totally **** to, the consultants keep on telling me the issue will be fixed and I must not cancel but they do nothing. It's been over 4 days of complaining and it's very frustrating. I want to cancel but they just won't allow you to cancel. They keep on lying and lying on the phone to say they will fix up the issue. THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I NEED HELP TO CANCEL WITHOUT ANY COST TO ME AS I HAVE BEEN **** TO.
