MTN - the worst network service provider

Looking at the reviews that have been shared just today, I don't even think MTN cares. I've been trying to get a settlement quotation for over two months after being made to hold for over an hour the phone line gets cut off and no one ever comes back to you as promised. I don't want to associate myself with MTN ever after cancelling this contract.
