MTN- The Worst network service!!

I would have liked to give zero stars. I have been struggling for a year with MTN. I don't get network coverage at home and informed MTN about it. They phoned me back and told me that they cant help with the coverage and sent me a letter that I can cancel my contract without paying a penalty. I sent emails and phoned MTN numerous times to request that the just remove the minutes and data from my account so i can just pay for the device. Every time someone els phones me and asks me for the cancelation letter, so I send it and then I hear nothing back till I send a email again asking them to respond, then someone phones me again to send the cancelation letter. Meanwhile I am being charged every month for minutes and data that I cant use.

I would Never again suggest MTN to anyone. The worst service I have ever received.

PS, with Vodacom now, best move I could make.
