MTN - The worst network provider in South Africa

Dear hello Peter.<br> <br> I would like to share my utter disgust and concern with the cellphone network MTN. My Fiance had a contract with Nashua mobile, whom has closed down in December 2014. MTN and other networks then took over the contracts. My Fianc? Paid Nashua mobile for December 2014, and so did MTN demand the same payment to re instate his service - They did not care that he already paid Nashua and said that he had to get the money back from them. He paid the money so that he could get his line reinstated. In May 2015 he requested MTN end his contract as he was in his renewal period and did not want to continue with MTN - The Lady at the MTN shop in Brakpan Carnival mall said that he had to pay an amount of R91, and there after his contract will be terminated. All this took place during the MTN strike. He was under the impression that his contract was done with, and now he has been handed over to collections for the amount of R3200.00 This is completely ridiculous as his contract was supposed to be cancelled, but one of MTN's many \capable"staff did not do their work. They are not willing to sort this out"
