MTN the worst network

MTN is the worst network. Did a sim swap after waiting forever ( a couple days) with them taking me to pillar to post as they referred to the branch a couple of times only to get the number sim swapped sealed but I can’t receive or make calls. The past two days all the consultants have been advising me to either be patient and wait of restart my phone or to put some code. Spoke to over 6 consultants and no one was of help. 5 days of speaking to over 5 consultants at mtn with no one to assist me
