MTN - The WORST Mobile Network

MTN has now become the WORST mobile network.. On Tuesday 30.07.2024 I did a sim only upgrade. Only to realise from the 31.07.2024 that I cannot receive incoming calls. To date I am still unable to receive calls. I am being sent from pillar to post, from the call center to Sandton city branch to Rosebank branch and no one is able to solve the issue.

I lost 3 days of no calls which my businesses are now suffering as I am unreacheable to my clients.
