MTN THE WORST

Went to N1 City branch. Informed consultant want to watch Netflix with wifi and rooter. His words i must just download and watch from their. It will keep. Only start using rooter the Wday afternoon the evening no more data. Called the 135 number to cancel Ref *** . I was told to go to branch. And informed wrong code was used for contract but said i want to cancel. Informed i cant go to N1 city was told to go to nearest branch . Went to Mitchells Plain Prom branch. The manager called the N1 city branch took the rooter and sim gave me Nicity branch managers details. Mind me he never called me even once. I called him the first time he never answered 2nd call he did. Explained my issue he still said a few stuff like he dont have rooter then he check and confirmed package rooter on his desk. Meaning he never took note. Told me the agent who helped me must call me. Told him what time agent must call due to my work. Agent called i answered and told him when he must call. Sins thar call NO calls from MTN N1 City. Received statement and Wifi and Rooter on my bill. Called 135 again Ref *** and was told again to go to N1 City branch. I have done all i could on myside and N1 City manager Aashiq Dollie and his agent Xavier Vollenhoven just not getting in touch with me. THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST EVER with most of the MTN branches. MTN is so expensive and the Worst network provider
