MTN The worst !!!!!

I am very disappointing in this network, I took out a contract about 3 months ago, The first month they didn't debit my account, a few weeks after that my service was suspended, I went to the MTN store and they said my account is not paid, I asked them how is this possible because there is money in my account and there was absolutely no reference of MTN trying to debit my account, surely if they attempted to debit my account there will be a trace of this transaction on my bank statement, there was no trace of a unpaid debit from MTN on my bank account. Upon calling customer care, I have been send from pillar to post concerning my debit order. Then I get a installment that I didn't even agree to. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I regret taking out this contract with MTN, service is pathetic.
