MTN - The worst customer service and no one wants to help you

MTN has het worst customer service and no one there wants to do their work

I had a 24month contract that have ended almost 4months ago now and I have asked them to cancel it a month before my 24month contract ended. No one wanted to help me so I am still paying for the contract but I can't connect to the wifi. I have called MTN and asked them to cancel my contact and I have sent more than 30 mails now and I have gone in to a MTN store and No ONE WANTS TO HELP ME.

They moved my contract that expired to a month to month contract that I did not want and now no one wants to help me to cancel it. And the wifi does not even work so I'm paying for nothing.

I have tried every email address that I could find on MTN, I have called them and visited a branch but still no one can help me!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MTN TO ENYONE AND WILL KEEP TO SPREAD THIS UNTILL SOMEONE CAN DO THEIR WORK AT MTN
