Mtn, the worst connection

****. I've been with them since 1999. Last month I get sold a data deal where I get 25 gig per month. Excellent. Except all my airtime is gone a month later. Now I realise that the ***** who phoned me and did the deal in January neglected to tell me that my cellphone deal has been completely changed from a combined bundle with airtime, smss and data to a data only package. As I use my phone for work purposes as well, and I have a limited budget, a data only deal will jot work for me. As I'm writing this review I have been on hold to the retentions department for more that 17 minutes already. In 5 minutes they can sell you ****, but it takes hours of sweat, anger and frustration to fix their mess afterwards. I am getting very tired of mtn very quickly. **** service at ridiculously high prices.
